Adam is skilled at devising practical and business-focused solutions to serve his clients’ corporate finance and commercial matters. A problem-solver by nature, he is able to break down complex regulatory requirements into more easily understood concepts.
Adam is a member of the firm’s Capital Markets, Corporate/Commercial and Investment Management & Registration Groups. His practice focuses on fund structuring and implementation, structured real estate transactions, and securities registration and compliance. He advises private issuers as well as domestic and non-resident dealers, advisors, investment fund managers and private equity funds.
Prior to joining Aird & Berlis, Adam served as Legal Counsel and Senior Policy Advisor at the Ontario Securities Commission for more than seven years.
