As a member of the firm’s Capital Markets Group, Clair focuses on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and regulatory compliance. He has advised clients across various industries, including the mining and cannabis sectors.
Prior to joining Aird & Berlis, Clair worked at a securities and corporate law boutique in Toronto.
