Daniella Hodgson is a law clerk in the firm’s Litigation Group. From the commencement of an action, through the discovery process, up to trials and appeals, she assists in all aspects of litigation. Daniella provides assistance with drafting materials necessary for court, the collection and review of documents, proofs of claim for bankruptcy, costs outlines and bills of cost and enforcement materials. She has prepared and worked on injunctions, short and lengthy trials, appeals, claims proceeding in Small Claims Court and actions and applications in the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court and the Commercial List. Using e-discovery software, Daniella efficiently manages and organizes complex litigation files for lawyers across all stages of the discovery process.
