Justin enjoys the unique challenges of tax law and the opportunity to collaborate with his clients and their advisors to implement tax-efficient structures. He takes a holistic approach to his work, understanding that the practical implications can be equally as important as the tax consequences. Justin is a strong communicator who prioritizes his clients’ needs to ensure effective and bespoke results.
Justin is a member of the firm’s Tax and Trusts & Estates Groups. He works on domestic and international tax matters for multinational corporations, family businesses/owner-operators and ultra-high-net-worth and high-net-worth individuals and families. Justin is also proficient in advising on executive compensation structures and creating all-encompassing tax strategies for mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions and corporate reorganizations.
