Lindsay is a real estate law clerk specializing in condominium development and commercial transactions. She has experience in a broad range of commercial acquisitions and sales, financing and land development work.
Her responsibilities include drafting and reviewing documents, conducting off-title searches and addressing potential issues, preparing and registering electronic title documents, preparing opinions and real property reports, and closing and reporting on transactions. She also specializes in condominium development and has experience handling all aspects of condominium projects, from registering projects with Tarion, deposit sureties and managing deposit funds, to completion of interim and final closings of individual units.
