Nathan brings a diligent approach to his financial services practice. He prides himself on developing a strong rapport with his clients and is committed to delivering the best possible solutions. Nathan’s hard-working and organized nature make him a trusted and reliable resource.
As a member of the firm’s Financial Services Group, Nathan’s practice focuses primarily on commercial lending, insolvency and restructuring matters. He has experience with asset based leasing arrangements, insolvency and restructuring proceedings under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (BIA) and the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act (CCAA), as well as receivership proceedings. Nathan acts for borrowers in a wide variety of industries and for both private and institutional lenders in bilateral, syndicated and mezzanine financings. He has also worked on the private financing side of corporate transactions, advising clients on matters such as share and asset acquisitions, corporate restructurings and business reorganizations.
