Penny Cheng is a law clerk in the firm’s Tax and Trusts & Estates Groups. She has a broad range of business experience and has worked in the legal profession for over 20 years.
Penny specializes in the administration of estates and testamentary trusts. She provides support to the lawyers in the practice group and works directly with executors and estate trustees in fulfilling their responsibilities and duties. She drafts various estate-related court application materials and obtains resealing of foreign grants of authority. Penny assists in all aspects of the administration and management of on-going estates and trusts on behalf of estate trustees.
Penny also provides support to the junior clerks in the department with her ongoing mentorship and supervision.
