Roxana is a law clerk in the firm’s Financial Services Group. She brings a wealth of knowledge and diverse skill set from her experience in insolvency and banking law. Roxana is experienced in supporting legal teams in complex domestic and cross-border insolvency and restructuring proceedings. She has additional expertise in assisting lawyers on corporate and commercial lending transactions, including syndicated credit facilities, cross-border loans, distressed financings and debt restructuring, as well as asset-based lending transactions.
Having worked on numerous mandates for banks and other lenders, Roxana is particularly skilled in conducting thorough security reviews and related due diligence searches, utilizing both domestic and international registries. Her proficiency extends to intellectual property and real estate searches, and she is well-versed in procedures and registrations related to Personal Property Security legislation, the Quebec RDPRM and the Uniform Commercial Code.
