In connection with the acquisition of Q9 Networks Inc. by CDC Acquisition II Corp., a transaction sponsored by ABRY Partners VI, L.P., Aird & Berlis LLP assisted CIT Financial Ltd., a syndicate member in a senior debt facility totaling $120 million, which syndicate was led by TD Securities (USA) LLC. The senior debt facility was part of a larger financing involving both senior subordinated and subordinated debt.
The Aird & Berlis LLP team was led by Martin Kovnats and Sam Billard and included Grant Cansfield, Aaron Collins, Peter Czegledy, Robb English, Christie McNeill and Barb Worndl.
