Nucap Industries Accelerates Growth in Global Markets with Acquisitions

Aird & Berlis LLP represented Nucap Industries Inc. in the acquisition of U.S.-based Anstro Manufacturing, Inc. and Eyelet Tech Inc., Canadian-based Gunn Metal Stampings Inc. and China-based QVC. The acquisitions were completed on November 19, 2009 and resulted in the combination of two of the most innovative companies in the brake pad components industry and further globalizing Nucap's platform in order to better support its customers in the Americas, Europe, and Asia. The transactions were completed through simultaneous share and asset purchases.
