Alex manages multi-party transactions with efficiency and attention to detail, and builds lasting client relationships through a personable, collaborative approach.

Alex is a member of the firm’s Capital Markets, Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions Groups. He advises on a broad range of matters, including capital-raising, strategic acquisitions, go-public/go-private transactions and cross-border deals. Alex has worked across diverse industries, with particular experience in mining and natural resources, financial services, infrastructure, energy, technology and venture capital. His work spans joint ventures, earn-in arrangements and fund-related transactions, as well as ongoing corporate and securities matters, governance and restructurings. Alex has acted on all sides of a deal, representing startups, multinational corporations, lenders, investment banks and funds in both public and private markets. He handles every stage of a transaction, from drafting and negotiating agreements to conducting due diligence and managing regulatory compliance, ensuring stakeholders remain informed and engaged throughout.

Alex is one of the Sahtúgot’ı̨nę Dene people and a member of Délı̨nę First Nation on Great Bear Lake in the Northwest Territories.
