Ali is a member of the firm’s Capital Markets Group. She advises private and public companies on corporate finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions and securities law matters. Ali’s practice includes private placement financings, continuous disclosure obligations and general corporate issues.
Ali joined Aird & Berlis as an associate after summering and articling at the firm.
