Anisha is a critical thinker and strategic advocate. She advises on complex litigation matters, navigating all avenues to resolve disputes. Clients appreciate her compassionate communication, collaborative approach and thorough understanding of their business objectives.

Anisha is a member of the firm’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group. Her commercial litigation practice includes assisting clients with contractual disputes, commercial arbitrations, shareholder disputes, professional liability, oppression remedies, economic torts, injunctions and appeals. Anisha also has presented to various clients with respect to class action proceedings. She represents individuals and businesses across a number of industries, such as real estate, commercial leasing, construction, employment, expropriation and municipal. Anisha has appeared before all levels of Ontario courts and various administrative tribunals.

Court Grants Summary Judgment to Lender in Family Loan Dispute

On December 10, 2024, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice granted a summary judgment in favour of a mother, determining that she loaned funds to her daughter and her daughters’ husband, contrary to her son-in-law's claim that the money was a gift.
