Bardia is a passionate problem solver who helps clients feel more confident by offering advice tailored to their business goals and needs. He thrives under pressure and leverages his knowledge of different industries to provide timely and practical guidance on a wide range of issues.

Bardia is a member of the firm’s Workplace Law and Sports, Media & Entertainment Groups. He advises on a broad range of employment and labour-related matters, including compensation, compliance, workplace policies, training, risk management and litigation, in both unionized and non-unionized environments.

Bardia also advises player associations, sport organizations and individual athletes on employment, labour, contractual, commercial and governance matters. He has extensive experience working within Canada’s Safe Sport framework, advising on compliance, investigations, sanctions and appeals.

Bardia joined Aird & Berlis as an associate after serving as a legal trainee and summering at the firm.
