Carlos is a law clerk in the firm’s Real Estate Group. Carlos’ practice focuses on various aspects of residential and commercial real estate, including the acquisition and sale of real property. He also has experience in banking and secured lending transactions, including commercial financing and refinancing of properties and real property portfolios. Carlos assists with various transactions for institutional lenders, trust companies, private lenders and corporate and individual borrowers.
Carlos’ responsibilities include reviewing agreements of purchase and sale, contracts and leases; drafting and reviewing closing documents, title documents and off-title due diligence; and communicating with clients, solicitors, municipal offices and government agencies.
