Chauntae is a member of the firm’s Corporate, Technology and Privacy & Data Security Groups. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, providing strategic guidance to a diverse range of clients across a variety of sectors. Chauntae’s responsibilities include structuring and negotiating transactions, advising on corporate governance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Chauntae joined Aird & Berlis as an associate after summering and articling at the firm.
