Cristian is a member of the firm’s Financial Services Group. He specializes in bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings and commercial litigation under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act. He represents various clients, including banks, creditors and court-appointed officers. Cristian’s work in the areas of insolvency and restructuring involves a range of proceedings, including security enforcement and restructuring litigation.
Cristian summered and articled at Aird & Berlis before joining the firm as an associate.
