Having practised technology law for more than 20 years, David has extensive technical knowledge that he expertly translates into practical advice for his clients. He prides himself on being a great communicator and easy to work with. David is always aware of the big picture and is committed to solving his clients’ problems by going beyond traditional legal advice to meet their needs.
David is Co-Leader of the Technology Group and a member of the firm's Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity Groups. His practice focuses on technology licensing and other technology transfer matters and he is regularly involved in corporate acquisitions, divestitures and reorganizations, and debt and equity financings. David also has experience in corporate and commercial lending and various securities-related matters.
