Eldon’s clients trust him with their most difficult issues. With more than 45 years of litigation experience, he is able to clearly identify risks and provide a path to resolving conflict. Eldon’s academic background, leadership skills and mix of public and private-sector experience make him a unique resource for clients facing business or legal challenges.
Eldon represents a broad range of clients in industries as diverse as broadcasting, professional sport, mining and manufacturing. As well, he has extensive experience in advising various levels of government and business organizations with respect to conflict of interest issues. He has held board positions in both the public and private sectors, as well as in the charitable sector. He is currently a director of a pharmaceutical company and a member of Board of the Niagara Parks Commission.
From 2006 to 2015, Eldon served as the firm’s Managing Partner and was a long-standing member of the Executive Committee.
