Emily is committed to building trusted relationships and providing reliable support across a broad range of corporate matters.
Emily is a member of the firm’s Corporate and Privacy & Data Security Groups. Her practice focuses on corporate and commercial transactions as well as regulatory compliance in areas such as privacy, intellectual property, competition, foreign investment, telecommunications and broadcasting. Emily works with businesses across various sectors to navigate legal obligations and structure corporate deals that align with their strategic objectives.
