Eric is a capital markets lawyer with a strong entrepreneurial background and hands-on business experience. His unique approach to transactions and identifying corporate opportunities directly contributes to the success of his clients. Eric prioritizes client trust, development and communication, each of which allows him to provide tailored support to meet his clients’ needs.
Eric is a member of the firm’s Capital Markets and Venture Finance Groups. His practice focuses on venture capital (venture debt and private equity), domestic and cross-border M&A and financing, asset and share transactions, corporate restructuring, advising start-ups/emerging growth companies and general corporate and commercial matters. Eric’s clients range from emerging growth companies to mature corporations (domestic and international) in the construction, distribution, land development, technology, tobacco and manufacturing sectors.
