Ethan works closely with his clients to understand their objectives and ensure that every stage of each mandate is managed efficiently and thoughtfully.
Ethan is a member of the firm’s Corporate Group. His practice includes a wide range of corporate/commercial matters, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. Ethan works with clients across diverse industry sectors and is involved in all aspects of transactional work, providing support on deal structure, execution and strategy.
Ethan joined Aird & Berlis as an associate after summering and articling at the firm.
