Ethan is passionate about building close relationships with his clients while assisting them on complex real estate transactions. Clients appreciate his practical advice, logical approach and his attention to detail.
Ethan is Co-Leader of the firm’s Real Estate Group. His practice focuses on the acquisition and disposition of various types of properties throughout Ontario. He also has experience advising on joint ventures and limited partnerships. While Ethan acts primarily for developers and REITs, he also works with individuals and businesses looking to purchase or sell commercial, industrial, mixed-use, multi-family properties and hotels. In addition, Ethan acts for both borrowers and lenders on commercial financing matters.
