Evan provides insightful advice on a variety of tax and estate litigation matters. He is a strong negotiator who guides clients through challenging situations involving estates and trusts litigation, helping them resolve disputes and achieve favourable outcomes. Evan’s communication skills and empathetic approach, combined with a deep understanding of client needs, make him a trusted advisor.
Evan is a member of the firm’s Tax and Trusts & Estates Groups. His practice focuses on various estate-related issues, including will disputes, applications to validate attorney and trustee accounts, dependent support claims, trust deed modifications, and the rectification and interpretation of wills and trusts. He advises on power of attorney and capacity conflicts, estate and trust administration issues, trustee applications and guardianships. Evan also has expertise in family law, commercial litigation, bankruptcy and insolvency, shareholder disputes, commercial real estate and construction law.
