Drawing on his prior experience as an entrepreneur, Ian approaches corporate and commercial matters from a business-minded perspective. He is focused on providing clients with practical advice and creative solutions to novel corporate issues. With a calm demeanour, Ian remains level-headed in high-pressure situations. He collaborates effectively to help his clients advance their interests and achieve their business objectives.
Ian is a member of the firm's Corporate Group. He advises on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and regulatory matters for private and public companies.
Ian joined Aird & Berlis as an associate after summering and articling at the firm.
