Isabella values collaboration with both colleagues and clients, and is recognized for building strong, lasting relationships grounded in trust and thoughtful communication.
Isabella is a member of the firm’s Capital Markets and Venture Finance Groups. She advises venture funds, early-stage and emerging technology companies, banks and institutional lenders. Isabella works on a broad range of transactions, including equity and debt financings, lending arrangements, share and asset acquisitions, and the preparation of commercial agreements and related documentation.
Isabella joined Aird & Berlis as an associate after serving as a legal trainee and summering at the firm.
