Johana Kim is a law clerk in the firm’s Corporate Services Department. Her expertise includes incorporations, amendments, amalgamations, continuances and dissolutions; issuance, transmission, dividend and redemption of shares; minute book reviews and assessments; corporate filings and searches; business name/partnership registrations; shareholder agreements; and reorganizations. She also has experience with commercial leases, and asset and share purchase transactions.
