Jonathan works closely with clients to structure financial transactions that drive business growth while minimizing risk. He draws from his strong communication skills, keen attention to detail and analytical mindset to help clients navigate complex financial regulations and achieve their business goals.
Jonathan is a member of the firm’s Financial Services Group. He advises clients on a variety of corporate and commercial lending matters, including bilateral and syndicated financings, asset-based lending and cross-border transactions.
Jonathan’s experience in the financial services sector, combined with his unique insights from roles in hockey management with the Toronto Maple Leafs and the Ottawa 67’s, enables him to offer specialized advice on sports and entertainment matters.
