Josh is a member of the firm’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Privacy & Data Security Groups. His practice includes a broad range of commercial civil litigation matters, such as defamation and social media disputes, contract disputes, fraud and asset recovery, trusts litigation, debt enforcement, injunctions and shareholder disputes. Josh advises clients ranging from individuals and small businesses to multinational organizations.
Josh is a skilled communicator and strong litigator. Whether advocating for clients in the courtroom or negotiating with opposing counsel, Josh enjoys the challenge of developing sound strategies and building effective arguments. He assists clients with navigating complex issues related to dispute resolution.
Josh has appeared before the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Superior Court of Justice (Regular and Commercial List), the Small Claims Court, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Landlord and Tenant Board and the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal.
