Josh is a member of the firm’s Capital Markets Group. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and private placements within securities law. Josh represents companies ranging from small startups to large corporations across various sectors.

Josh joined Aird & Berlis as an associate after summering and articling at the firm.
