Kanika provides diligent and timely advice on a wide range of financing matters. She collaborates with clients to develop practical solutions to complex legal matters and facilitates getting transactions across the finish line.
Kanika is a member of the firm’s Financial Services Group. She advises on all financing-related transactional matters, including those related to real property security and other real estate considerations, and has extensive experience negotiating and drafting commercial contracts. Kanika regularly acts for lenders in bilateral and syndicated financing transactions, including asset-based lending, project and acquisition financing and other secured lending matters. She also works with borrowers in various industries on corporate and commercial lending transactions, such as cross-border and subordinated debt/mezzanine financings.
