Kosheen summered with the firm in 2025. She recently completed her second year at Osgoode Hall Law School. Upon admission to law school, she received the Future Leaders in Law entrance scholarship in recognition of academic excellence and leadership. At law school, Kosheen co-ordinated the Patients’ and Seniors’ Rights Project with Pro Bono Students Canada. She also served as Director of External Relations for the Khalra Cup, one of Canada’s first mooting competitions dedicated to minority rights. In this role, Kosheen supported initiatives that help law students strengthen their advocacy skills by engaging with landmark cases affecting marginalized communities. She recently participated in the Norton Rose M&A Negotiation Competition, earning the Distinguished Communicator Award and advancing to the quarterfinals. Kosheen holds a Bachelor of Life Sciences and a Concurrent Certificate in Applied Ethics and Policy from McMaster University. Prior to law school, she served as a National Social Justice Fellow at Level, a charity focused on access to justice initiatives. Kosheen’s work included examining the inclusion of mental illness within Canada’s evolving Medical Assistance in Dying legislative framework. She has also held managerial positions within major retail organizations and worked as Assistant to the Corporate Secretary at the Toronto Port Authority, supporting corporate governance and compliance initiatives. During her undergraduate studies, Kosheen co-founded a mentorship program supporting students from underrepresented and marginalized communities. Outside of her academic and professional pursuits, Kosheen is an avid coffee connoisseur, shopping enthusiast and a classically trained Kathak dancer.
