Lexi is a real estate lawyer who takes a thoughtful and organized approach to helping clients navigate sophisticated legal matters with clarity and confidence. She is committed to building strong, trust-based relationships and delivers practical, reliable advice through her attention to detail, clear communication and proactive style. Lexi’s hands-on experience in the real estate industry gives her a grounded perspective that informs her legal work and enhances her ability to support clients at every stage, from initial agreements to completed developments.

Lexi is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Group. Her practice focuses primarily on drafting and negotiating commercial offers to lease, leases and various ancillary documents, including lease amending agreements, consent agreements, license agreements and non-disturbance agreements. Lexi also advises on the acquisition, disposition, development and financing of residential, commercial and mixed-use properties. Her clients include developers, owners, financial institutions and real estate investment companies.

Lexi holds a combined BComm/JD degree from Queen’s University, which she completed in six years instead of the usual seven. Lexi developed a passion for real estate early on, prompting her to earn her licence at eighteen and work as an agent for more than six years. This experience continues to fuel her enthusiasm for seeing projects come to life.
