Linda is a law clerk in the firm's Corporate Services Department with experience in all aspects of corporate law and transactional matters. She is skilled at conducting due diligence reviews and summaries of corporate records. Her responsibilities include assisting with mergers and acquisitions, amalgamations, continuances, asset and share purchase transactions, reorganizations, tax-driven restructuring, rectification, the purchase and sale of businesses, private and public company debt financings, real property financings, incorporations, arrangements, dissolutions and ongoing corporate maintenance.
