Linh Nguyen is a law clerk in the firm’s Litigation Group. He has extensive experience with the various phases of litigation, from the originating process and claim and defence pleadings, through to hearings, trials, appeals and post judgment enforcement options. Linh provides assistance with drafting court materials and pleadings, the collection and review of pertinent documents, proofs of claim for bankruptcy, costs outlines, and bills of cost and enforcement materials.
With several years as a Litigation Paralegal prior to joining Aird & Berlis, Linh offers unique insight into the managing of files through Small Claims Court and the Superior Court of Justice litigation process.
