Marnie MacDonald has 20 years’ experience in the legal industry, working in Ontario and British Columbia. As a Law Clerk in the firm’s Intellectual Property Group, Marnie is responsible for preparing motions and orders as well as conducting settlement negotiations and preparing settlement documentation in Federal Court. She is currently managing and organizing a large copyright infringement enforcement case.
Marnie also has experience with enforcement litigation, managing a large volume of files, and has been involved with teams across a variety of practice areas.
