Max is a member of the firm’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group. He advises on a broad range of commercial disputes, with an emphasis on contractual interpretation, shareholder oppression applications, real property issues, financial services litigation, injunction motions, commercial arbitrations and appeals.
Max has appeared before various Ontario courts and tribunals.
