Meaghan leads clients through intricate planning challenges with creativity and practical insight. She skilfully co-ordinates teams of consultants and expert witnesses to develop strategies and craft compelling narratives. Clients value Meaghan’s personable manner and problem-solving skills, as well as her ability to achieve effective results.

Meaghan is a member of the firm’s Municipal, Land Use Planning & Development Group. She frequently manages complex files with multiple stakeholders, providing thoughtful advice and representation to private landowners, developers and municipalities. This equips Meaghan with a comprehensive understanding of how these parties navigate planning and municipal law challenges.

Meaghan represents clients throughout the land development process, including applications, appeals and all related negotiations and permissions. She is experienced in heritage matters under the Ontario Heritage Act and is increasingly sought after for her expertise in this area. Meaghan also provides advice on municipal governance and municipal accountability matters. She is a member of the firm’s Municipal Accountability team.

Meaghan regularly appears before the Ontario Land Tribunal and various councils and committees on behalf of clients.
