Michael is a member of the firm’s Financial Services Group. His practice focuses on complex financing transactions in both domestic and cross-border contexts. Michael advises lenders and borrowers on a broad range of corporate and commercial lending matters, including secured and unsecured lending arrangements, bilateral and syndicated credit facilities, asset-based lending, real estate financings and project-related financings, which frequently involve nuanced security packages and intercreditor issues.
