Michael applies sharp analytical thinking to every litigation matter he handles. He breaks down complex legal issues and develops focused strategies that lead to practical, results-driven solutions. Michael’s calm and forward-looking approach allows him to stay composed under pressure and deliver advice that is both efficient and tailored to the nuances of each case.
Michael is a member of the firm’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group. He maintains a broad litigation practice, advising on commercial litigation, shareholder disputes, contractual interpretation and quasi-criminal matters.

Community Involvement
- Volunteered with the David Asper Centre for Constitutional Rights, contributing to public guidelines on legislative changes to police accountability
- Participated in research with the Canadian National Institute for the Blind, evaluating Ontario’s Assistive Devices Program for individuals with sight loss
- Contributed to a province-wide COVID-19 study with Mount Sinai Hospital, helping develop the sample management system and maintaining participant relationships
