Nick thrives on providing a strategic approach with a personal touch and outstanding client communication and responsiveness. He is able to quickly and confidently cut through complex corporate and commercial legal issues to identify the crux of a matter and communicate potential outcomes and risks to the client so that they can make a considered decision that will benefit their business.
Nick is a member of the Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity Groups. His practice consists of corporate and commercial law with an emphasis on acquisitions, dispositions and reorganizations of business enterprises. His counsel includes strategic business advice.
Nick focuses on corporate reorganizations undertaken as a result of strategic initiatives or for succession planning purposes, acquisitions of or investments in private companies made by both venture capitalists and owners/operators and general corporate advice provided to entrepreneurs in the manufacturing, development and construction industries. He advises numerous family-owned enterprises with respect to succession and exit planning matters.
Nick has been with Aird & Berlis since 1985 and served as a member of the Executive Committee from 1997 to 2006.
