Nico is a commercial real estate lawyer who thrives in the fast-paced world of real estate transactions. Nico is a member of the firm’s Real Estate and Construction Groups. He advises clients on every stage of the development process for their commercial real estate projects, and has played a key role in major real estate transactions across Canada. His experience spans large-scale retail, healthcare and residential developments, acquisitions and dispositions, as well as joint ventures. In addition, Nico has extensive expertise in commercial debt financing and refinancing, representing both lenders and borrowers. His work extends to a broad range of properties, from commercial and industrial to mixed-use and multi-family developments. Nico acts for a diverse range of clients, including developers, REITs, landlords, tenants, investors, government bodies and non-profit organizations.
