Nili is Co-Leader of the firm’s Real Estate Group. She practises commercial real estate law, advising on all areas of real property transactions, including the purchase, sale and financing of commercial office complexes, retail shopping centres, residential apartment buildings and hotels, as well as secured lending.
Energized by the sophistication and rapid pace of high-profile real estate transactions, Nili diligently upholds the level of service, responsiveness, and protection that clients have come to expect from her. She is involved in complex real estate transactions nationwide and has experience advising foreign companies investing in Canadian real estate. Nili’s high level of service is driven by her clients’ business objectives.
She is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, American Bar Association, Ontario Bar Association and Law Society of Ontario. Active in the legal real estate community, Nili sits on the Board of Directors of the Canada Israel Chamber of Commerce, where she holds the position of Corporate Secretary, and she was a member of the executive of the Real Property Section of the Ontario Bar Association from 2010-2015. In addition, she is a member of the Toronto chapter of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) and NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties).
