Ryan is a trusted advisor and problem solver who proficiently navigates complex commercial and business law matters. He goes out of his way to understand his clients’ unique business needs and objectives and is dedicated to delivering practical solutions.
Ryan is a member of the firm’s Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions Groups. His practice focuses on corporate and commercial law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, as well as private equity transactions. He advises a variety of clients, from small-business/owner-operator entrepreneurs to large private equity firms, on a broad range of business law matters, including corporate governance, shareholder agreements and general commercial transactions.
