Samantha is a law clerk in the firm’s Tax Group. She specializes in corporate maintenance and transactions aimed at utilizing tax advantages as part of corporate restructuring, estate planning and other tax-driven strategies.
Samantha’s experience includes the formation and organization of corporations and other business entities, together with documenting the reorganization and windup process. Her work also involves routine corporate filings and registrations at the provincial and federal level.
