Sara brings a sharp analytical mindset and client-focused strategy to her litigation practice, driving matters forward with precision and purpose. She has extensive expertise in both trial and arbitration settings, allowing her to offer well-rounded advice grounded in real-world insight. Sara draws on her experience in civil and criminal litigation, combined with her work for government entities, to approach challenges from multiple angles and deliver innovative, tailored solutions. Beyond her technical skill, Sara is a natural leader and a trusted advisor whose energy makes her a standout presence in any room.
Sara is a member of the firm’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group. She advises on commercial, regulatory and administrative disputes, including shareholder litigation, contractual claims, professional negligence, defamation and fraud. Sara represents a wide variety of clients, ranging from sole proprietors and shareholders to public-sector bodies. She also acts for financial institutions and companies across industries such as real estate, technology and construction. Sara has expertise in various high-stakes disputes and urgent remedies, including Mareva orders and other extraordinary relief.
Sara has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario, as well as before regulatory tribunals and in confidential commercial arbitrations.
