Simon is a litigator who is adept at tackling complex commercial issues and crafting innovative and thoughtful solutions to clients’ disputes. Simon’s meticulous planning skills and solutions-oriented attitude are key to his commitment to client service.
Simon is a member of the firm’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group. He advises on a broad range of disputes, including corporate and commercial matters, complex shareholder disputes, class actions and quasi-criminal matters.
Simon summered and articled at Aird & Berlis before returning as an associate.
