Stacey supports clients through complex estates and trusts litigation. She is a persuasive advocate who is attuned to the personal dimension in each situation. Clients appreciate Stacey’s ability to provide practical and creative solutions in a cost-effective manner.
Stacey is a member of the firm’s Trusts & Estates and Tax Groups. She represents individuals and their families, trust companies, fiduciaries, and beneficiaries with a range of court proceedings including will challenges, dependant support claims, contested passing of accounts applications, guardianship proceedings, power of attorney and capacity disputes and trust proceedings. Stacey has represented clients at various levels of court in Ontario, including the Court of Appeal.
In addition to her litigation practice, Stacey supports clients through estate planning and estate administration.
Stacey summered and articled at Aird & Berlis before returning as an associate.
