Taskeen is a member of the firm's Indigenous Practice and Litigation Groups. Her practice spans civil and commercial litigation, public law and general advocacy, providing her with a strong foundation for layered disputes. Taskeen manages litigation files with precision and care, including judicial reviews that often involve nuanced procedural and constitutional issues. This depth of knowledge equips her to handle intricate litigation matters with confidence while addressing the distinct needs of Indigenous clients and communities.
