Teddy brings a business-minded approach to his legal practice, shaped by hands-on experience in finance, entrepreneurship and client service. He thrives in the fast-paced world of business law, where each transaction demands both sound legal judgment and timely decision-making. Teddy is committed to building strong client relationships and ensuring they feel supported throughout every stage of a deal.
Teddy is a member of the firm’s Capital Markets Group. His practice focuses on public and private company financings and mergers and acquisitions. Teddy also advises on cross-border capital markets transactions, helping a wide range of clients navigate sophisticated, multi-jurisdictional matters.
